Equity, Identity & Technology in Learning Environments

Ongoing investigation into how the design of educational technology either reinforces or disrupts structural barriers for youth from underrepresented communities.

CIDR Framework™

A new model for career identity development.

The CIDR Framework™ is a research-based model I developed through doctoral research focused on career identity development for youth. Rather than asking students what they want to be, it helps them discover who they are, what matters to them, and how they can contribute to the world.
